Abstract
The working environment of coal mine is harsh, and the equipment used in the mine is characterized by simple structure and heavy weight. In order to reduce the weight of coal mine equipment parts, a connection mechanism of coal mine equipment is studied by adopting the generative design method with the purpose of reducing consumption, pursuing compactness and reliability. In the study, the optimized connecting mechanism structure is obtained under four conditions of reducing the connecting mechanism mass by 15%, 25%, 35% and 45% respectively, and the optimized effect is judged by the stress distribution on the parts. In addition, under the condition of reducing the mass by 45%, by adding constraints on the connecting mechanism in the width direction (X direction) to ensure that the width direction is not optimized, a safe and reliable connecting mechanism is also optimized. The results show that the connecting mechanism can be safe and reliable under the four conditions, and it meets the special requirements of the part design after adding constraints in the X direction.
