Abstract

In order to effectively and reliably trace the quality of the smart watt-hour meter before supply, all samples for full performance test before supply need to be kept. In this paper, under the conditions of existing warehouses, the layout of smart energy meter warehouse is rationally designed to achieve the maximum storage capacity. Using the Internet of Things technology, we develop an intelligent gyration library that meets the requirements of the actual warehouse, and at the same time, we develop a set of intelligent warehouse management system. Through the binding of RFID tags and measuring instruments, the unique identity of measuring instruments in the warehouse is established, based on RFID group reading technology, the status of measuring instruments in the warehouse is automatically monitored, the warehouse is automatically counted, and the inspection cycle management of measuring instruments is realized. The application of the Internet of Things technology helps to solve the problem of sample management of measuring instruments and enriches the means of management of measuring instruments warehouses.
