Abstract
With the increasing speed of high-speed train, the application and research of vacuum tube train is imperative. As a necessary device to study the air tightness of vacuum tube train, the design of vacuum air tightness test device needs to consider various factors, which is an important comprehensive scientific problem. Based on the design and analysis of a large vacuum tightness test device, a horizontal vacuum container with an inner diameter of 5.7 m and a straight section of 5.5 m is designed in this paper. In the design, the finite element simulation software ABAQUS was used to simulate the dynamic strength and static strength of the test device under the working state, and the stability analysis was carried out. The results show that the design is reasonable and feasible.
