Abstract
A small model of wireless charging system for an electric moped is designed and made. Wireless induction charging transceiver and adaptive coupling scheme (maximum frequency tracking) are applied to study how to achieve maximum efficiency. MSP-EXP430G2 single chip microcomputer is used as the main controller to realize the functions of frequency regulation, current control and voltage control. When the trolley reaches the specified position, it detects that the transmitting coil stops moving. When the electric energy is full, the trolley starts automatically when the transmitting coil stops working. The system includes transmitting module, receiving module, voltage regulator module, monitoring and control module, infrared tracking sensor and capacitor module. The system based on the MCU wireless control module circuit, through the software programming to realize the wireless charging and discharging mode automatic switch, the car detects that the transmitter coil stops working, charging is completed, the car starts, fixed point driving, automatic tracking, liquid crystal display and other functions. The design of the charging equipment has the characteristics of flexible use, convenient, reliable work, high power utilization rate, wireless charging location accurate. After testing, transmission efficiency up to 90%, has a wide range of application value.
