Abstract
An integrated energy system for regional buildings was proposed in this paper using a city in northern China as an example. A mathematical model was created to simulate various flexible loads during the cooling and heating seasons of buildings. The model's flexible energy use was then optimized with the goal of obtaining the best operation strategy for the building integrated energy system. To put it another way, in a variety of energy supply systems, the flexible energy load that must be met by the integrated energy system shall be satisfied first, and the total energy consumption (cold, heat, and electricity) is equal to the flexible energy consumption of the regional buildings at that time. When the integrated energy system's energy consumption is the goal of operation optimization, clean energy utilization rates should be higher during periods of high load demand and peak electricity price demand. At the same time, the cooling and heating capacity of the cogeneration system will be greater than the corresponding load demand in order to partially meet peak electricity price demand. At this point, the corresponding energy storage apparatus ought to be offered concurrently.
