Abstract
Aiming at the diversity of marine pipe fittings production, the complexity of connection methods and production processes, this paper is devoted to the optimization of production and processing of pipe fittings workshop aiming at the minimum completion time. An improved cuckoo algorithm is introduced through mathematical modeling to solve the production and processing problems of the pipe fitting workshop. Based on the basic cuckoo search algorithm, an improved two-layer integer coding method is used, a Levy flight adaptive step factor is introduced, and a nest parasitic strategy based on two kinds of neighborhood local search is designed. The algorithm is applied to the enterprise production model in the experiment. The results show that the scheduling model algorithm can quickly obtain the optimal target scheduling scheme to achieve the purpose of optimizing the production and processing of ship fittings.
