Abstract
As the basic equipment of manufacturing industry, the development level of machine tools marks the development status of the country. Therefore, to study the composition structure of small three-axis CNC milling machine, design the overall structural framework of the CNC milling machine, determine the whole program of the milling machine, construct the skeleton multilevel structural model of the milling machine, and modularize the structure of the milling machine by analyzing the milling machine spindle, axial drive mechanism, the base and other key components; ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the main stress components, static simulation results show that the vertical frame, support frame deformation were 2.464×10-3mm, 4.096×10-5mm, deformation is small, in line with the design requirements; modal analysis results show that the vertical frame, the support frame of the first six orders of the intrinsic frequency is small, through the increase of the support structure, change the material of the components and other ways of structural optimization, will be expanded by about 10 times the intrinsic frequency; finally, Completed the milling processing experiment, verified the reliability of the milling machine structure, proved the accuracy of the modular design of the milling machine structure.
