Abstract
This paper presents a motion estimation and analysis technique for moving target detection in image sequences acquired from a moving electro-optical sensor. Imagery from the visible or infrared region is processed to yield a ranked target list consisting of detected target centroid, bounding box dimensions, and a confidence measure for each detection.
