Double exposure interferometry is well known to determine mechanical parameters in de- formation analysis. Normally it is not possible to determine both, slope and curvature, in the same experiment. We propose a method to determine slope and curvature of object deformation recorded simultaneously on two holographic plates. Between the two exposures, one of the holo- graphic plates is moved along its surface, and the curvature of the deformed object is obtained. The slope and curvature of a clamped square plate on which a concentrated force is applied at the center is mesaured as an example to illustrate the capability of this method. By using computer generated hologram(CGH), it is easy to get the images of the deformed object. A incident monochromatic plane wave passes through a transparent grating and it is separated into several orders. Only the ±first-order diffraction waves are allowed to pass through the spatial filter, which are reflected by the surface of object. Then the reflected waves go through CGH and there are two images of the object behind the CGH. Putting two holographic plates in the positions of the two images and one grating between one holographic plate and CGH, the slope and curvature of the deformed object can be obtained.
