Abstract
An optical isolator with GRIN lenses has been developed. The device operates in 1.55 micrometers wavelength range. Its isolation appears to be better than 40 dB with an insertion loss of 0.5-0.6 dB and polarization sensitivity lesser than 0.1 dB.
