Abstract
In the paper the author presents the results of experimental research concerning the influence of laser junction temperature on the processing characteristics of examined measuring track sector. Based on the measurements carried out, several signal-processing laser diode models were generated. Each of the models presented some different aspect of examined question, with the consideration of different mathematical formalizations, for example the use of linear regression.
