Abstract
In this paper, an off-axis telescope optical resonator with a rear-feedback mirror is presented and analyzed. This type of the optical resonator is composed of a conventional telescope resonator and a rear feedback flat mirror that is well matched with the gain medium of a slab waveguide laser. Theoretical calculation has shown that by the use of this type of resonator, one can efficiently extract the laser power from slab waveguide lasers.
