Abstract
Coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy is evaluated for the purpose of real-time noninvasive microscopic imaging. We find optimal parameters for optical system design and demonstrate effective suppression of non-resonant background. High-speed microscopic imaging is demonstrated as well.
