Abstract
Earlier researches on modeling indeterminate geographic object have developed on twofold separately; one is the positional imprecision and the other is the thematic vagueness. But there are multitude of entities with both positional imprecision and thematic vagueness. So we design a formalized description model based on the quartuple (x, y, A, D), which integrates the positional and thematic uncertainties of the fuzzy point, fuzzy line and fuzzy region. Based on the model, we give a case of the site selection of dwelling house to test that the representation method is apt for fuzzy analyses and computation.
