Abstract
The construction and parameters of picosecond cw dye laser system are described. Due to several new elements introduced into the system excelent stability and very high efficiency are obtained. In order to demonstrate these features an experimental result on transient decay of induced molecular dichroism is presented. It is shown that signal-to-noise ratio greater than 300 can be obtained.
