Abstract
In pushing the physical limits, it is common that one parameter is optimized at the price of sacrificing other advantages. To address such tradeoffs, we integrate advanced instrumentation and computational approach to allow high-speed, high-content, and high-sensitivity mapping of biomolecules in cells and tissues. Several computational chemical imaging platforms are developed by using this strategy.
