Abstract
The hybrid stereo garage can store both buses and cars, which makes reasonable use of space resources and can effectively solve the parking problem in modern cities. In order to meet the transmission requirements of the access car and ensure the service life of the device, it is necessary to carefully select the relevant parameters of the transmission gear and rack. Due to the large handling quality, the gear and rack meshing is the key equipment to complete the handling of the transverse movement, the use of solidworks software to access the device for modeling, and the gear and rack of the device for strength check, calculate the device in the working condition of the transmission gear and rack stress strain. By comparing the motion characteristics of the pinion and rack meshing under uniform and non-uniform loading conditions, the motion characteristics of the pinion and rack handling device motion characteristics. Provide theoretical basis for the existing gear and rack device in the existing engineering applications.
