With the continuous development of space laser communication technology in recent years, the traditional stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm (SPGD) cannot meet the related requirements of strong interference resistance, long-term link establishment, and high-precision tracking in space. In order to ensure that space laser communication achieves high-speed and high-reliability transmission, stable tracking is a necessary prerequisite. This paper proposes a SPGD method based on energy optimization, which improves the original algorithm on the basis of the original SPGD algorithm to further ensure tracking accuracy and optimization results. The simulation results show that compared with the current traditional SPGD algorithm, this method can greatly improve the accuracy. Under the conditions of 10 times INTS spectrum and sine spectrum, the tracking accuracy is improved from 12 urad to 8 urad. This algorithm has strong anti-interference ability, has certain adaptability and robustness, and can provide reliable and stable link guarantee for space laser communication.
