Coronary artery disease (CAD) is known as the leading cause of death around the world. The progression of atherosclerosis leading to the build-up of plaques caused by the combination of a variety of causes contributes to the stenosis of the blood vessels and the insufficient blood supply to the heart. 7 levels are classified ranging from 0 to 5 and N as the CAD-RADS according to the degree of coronary artery stenosis to be treated with different treatments from medication to surgery. Coronary artery disease is now treatable with various medications and techniques, while it remains incurable and corresponding research focuses on such a common but complex disease is still keeping developing to be sound.
