As the distribution network system and transportation, energy, municipal, financial, and other service barriers are gradually broken, the comprehensive development of the power network in source network demand, wisdom energy network, and intelligent transportation network as well as the coordinated development of other external systems need to be considered in distribution network planning and operation, aiming to provide new ideas for developing key technologies of new distribution systems. Starting from the distribution network management mechanism of power grid enterprises, this paper constructs a portrait analysis technology for power grid equipment to support the status assessment of the distribution network.
In this paper, combined with the construction of grid portraits, considering the differences between grids, and by sorting out the influencing factors of grid operation and maintenance costs, such as geographical location, operating environment, load density, economic level, safety and stability, a combined weight-based method is proposed. The cost optimization adjustment model corrects the grid operation and maintenance cost, realizes the fine evaluation and dynamic improvement of the operation and inspection standard cost level, and meets the needs of power grid operation management and cost refinement development under the new situation.
