In the face of numerous suppliers on the market, manufacturers need to choose suitable manufacturers to maximize profits. This paper collects the information of 50 suppliers and the 240-week supply of a construction enterprise and builds a performance appraisal system with supply, unit price, supply rate, and expected value according to the requirements of the enterprise and the supply. The system uses the AHP-TOPSIS legal authority for the processed results, then rids the dimensions for all indicators, and finally conducts a comprehensive score through the Topics method, sorts the results of the solution, and finally selects the top five comprehensive scores. Suppliers are companies considering cooperation objects.
