Profile Summary

Nicolas Javahiraly is Associate Professor in Physics at the University of Strasbourg (France). He did his PhD in Photonics at the same university on fiber optic sensors. After a Postdoc at Harvard University on interaction between ultra short laser pulses and matter, he worked as project manager in Sagem Defense group in Paris. He became assistant professor in Physics in 2007 at Strasbourg University, where he is now working on nano optic sensors, nanotechnology, plasmonics and on interaction laser-matter.
