Mr. Ram Saran received his B.E. Degree with Honours in Computer Engineering from Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad and M. Tech. (Information Technology) Degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in 2011. He joined Defence R&D Organisation in 2003. He is working as Scientist in Instruments Research and Development Establishment, Dehradun. He has published more than ten research papers in international and national journals and IEEE/SPIE conferences. He has been reviewer of an internationally refereed journals Americal Journal of Signal Processing, Journal of Advances in Computing and Defence Science Journal, . He worked in the area of image processing detection of including small targets, lossless image compression and real-time implementation of algorithms on PowerPC embedded hardware. His current interests are implementation of Gimbal Line of Sight Stabilization algorithms on embedded hardware and Multi-Electro-optics Sensors control and management for surveillance.
