Breast cancer (BC) has become the first female malignant tumor in the world, and the age of onset is younger, posing a major threat to women's health. In recent years, immunotherapy has made many outstanding achievements in the field of cancer, and many experts in the field of breast cancer have also turned their attention to breast cancer immunotherapy. This article will briefly introduce the relevant situation of breast cancer, focus on the research of much adoptive immunotherapy (CAR T-cell, TIL, NK-cell, TCR-T et.al) in the treatment of BC, and introduce the related combination therapy of breast cancer combined with traditional treatment. Finally, the development and application of BC immunotherapy are prospected. With the vigorous development of immunotherapy, it will be instructive for researchers, therapists, and patients to master the cutting-edge knowledge of immunotherapy for diseases in their field, and the war on cancer will increase the hope of winning.
