In this paper, a rhombic slotline millimeter wave integrated antenna is proposed. It is analyzed by using the principle of duality and experimentally studied at Ka-band.
In this paper, we proposed a FDTD joined signal processing method which was based on superposition theorem and
convolution theorem, to analyze the performances of Microring Resonator Filters in time domain and frequency domain.
We present the transmission characteristics under high and low transfer rates in different speeds of signal at 10Gbit/s,
40Gbit/s, 80Gbit/s and 100Gbit/s. Transmission characteristics were analyzed in time domain which is agreed well with
the result calculated by FDTD directly. Furthermore, the time required by our method reduced significantly compared
with FDTD method.
This paper numerically studied few-mode TFBG using Volume Current Method (VCM). Polarization dependent scattering (PDS) at some tilted angle were studied and the distribution of radiation field was numerically simulated. calculated Numerical results showed that when incident wavelengths near the resonant one, the power difference between radiation field of S and P polarization was much small for each mode.
In this paper, a new absorbing-boundary condition derived from z-domain is presented and implemented for the transmission-line matrix method (TLM). When introduced for the 3D-TLM symmetrical condensed node simulations, it shows an excellent performance in suppressing instability caused by spurious modes. The numerical stability of the absorbing boundary operators has been studied.
In this paper, the method of lines (MoL) is successfully extended to solve the EM wave scattering problems of two dimensional metallic periodic surfaces. Compared with available data, the method is proven to be accurate and feasible. For different structures only a slight change of matrix elements is needed to be handled in numerical calculation. Meanwhile, the method presented here possesses the advantage of less computation. The results of groove, comb, and sinusoidal surfaces are presented.
In this paper, the propagation characteristics of NRD waveguide loaded with periodic metallic strips are analyzed in terms of the method of lines. Numerical results show that such structures can be used as millimeter wave bandstop filters and NRD waveguide beam scanning leakage wave antennas.
