Abstract
By carrying out line tests to obtain the original data on the vibration acceleration of the stabilizing device, rail and sleeper during the operation of dynamic track stabilizer. And analysis of the measured data, from the time domain, frequency domain and energy and other aspects, research track power stabilization of different parameters under the operation of transverse vibration transmission characteristics, the results show that: transverse vibration from the stabilization device to the rail and then to the rail sleeper this process is gradually decreasing, different stabilization operation frequency vibration transmission is different, to acceleration signal root mean square value as an evaluation index, from the stabilization device to the rail sleeper transmission efficiency in the lowest at 44.2% up to 52.7%; Stabilization frequency change on vibration transmission efficiency, 25Hz-33Hz with the increase of stabilization frequency transmission efficiency also increased, 33Hz transmission efficiency reached the maximum, 33Hz-38Hz as the frequency continues to increase transmission efficiency has decreased; stabilization device at the fundamental wave corresponding to energy 33Hz>gt;38Hz>gt;30Hz>gt;25Hz; rail at the fundamental wave corresponding to energy 33Hz>gt;38Hz>gt;30Hz>gt;25Hz; rail at the fundamental wave corresponding to energy 38Hz>gt;25Hz>gt;33Hz>gt;30Hz; 33Hz>gt;38Hz>gt;30Hz>gt;25Hz for the fundamental wave at the rail sleeper, the frequency band of the energy carried by the vibration signal from 25Hz to 38Hz increases with the increase of frequency.
