Profile Summary

I am a PhD Candidate passionate about building optical systems and solving computational problems. I am seeking for challenging opportunities and contributing to projects that will change our society for the better. Specific fields of interest include medical, AR/VR/MR, space, automotive, LiDAR and semiconductor industries.

Optical Engineering:
Strong hands-on experience in designing and building optical imaging systems; Proficient with 2D, 3D and 4D imaging systems, e.g. LiDAR imaging; Non-line-of-sight(NLOS) imaging; single pixel imaging; light field imaging; video compressive imaging; fluorescence lifetime imaging; hyperspectral imaging. Broad experience in ray optics, Fourier optics. Deep understanding of optical microscopy and biophotonics.

Computer Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in numeric simulation, image reconstruction and signal processing in Matlab and Python; Data acquisition and control software in Matlab, Python and Labview; Ray tracing and Optical system design in Zemax; Mechanical design and 3D printing modeling in Solidworks;Deep learning in Tensorflow/Pytorch

Strong publication record in top-tier journals (Nature Communications, Proceedings of National academy of Science etc.)
