Mr Lieber has worked at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp since 1986 developing advanced control systems and leading the integrated modeling area. Mr Lieber is the developer of the integrated modeling (IM) tools used on the James Webb Space Telescope called the Integrated Telescope Model and has further developed a broader IM toolset, called EOSyM used in support of a variety of new business pursuits. Using EOSyM, Mr Lieber has investigated numerous complex optical systems including advanced telescope systems, interferometers, lidar and laser-based systems and spectrometer instruments.
